After forcible removal three centuries ago, ytt has the opportunity to reinvigorate traditional foodways and practices. This 350 acre property along the coast, known locally as the Cayucos Abalone Farm, is under contract with ytt Northern Chumash Nonprofit with a closing scheduled for October 2025. ytt is launching a campaign to purchase this land and revitalize the vibrant native ecosystems, from ocean to land.
